Forty-five, the dad: thick brown mustache, tan cardigan over a plaid shirt, big grin, a captain's hat he refuses to take off since he bought a boat.

Voix · Booming, delighted with himself, lands every punchline with a pause.

Forty-two, the mom: feathered blonde hair, pastel blouse with shoulder pads, an eyebrow that says everything.

The neighbor, fifty, in a bowling shirt and short shorts, always holding a snack, never knocks.

The classic sitcom living room set: floral couch center facing the camera, coffee table, brass lamps, wood-paneled walls, a staircase at the back left, the front door at the right, a pass-through window to the kitchen at the back.

An 80s kitchen with harvest-gold appliances, a round table, a wall phone with a long cord, and a fridge covered in magnets.
